Roger Pack, PT, OCS

Roger Pack received his Master of Physical Therapy Degree from the University of Southern California. He is a member of the American Physical Therapy Association and holds a specialty certification in orthopedic physical therapy from the American Board of Physical Therapy Specialties. He has advanced training in manual therapy, exercise prescription, augmented soft tissue mobilization (ASTYM) protocol, and functional capacity testing. He has taught continuing education courses in orthopedic physical therapy and classes in a local Physical Therapist Assistant training program. He has spoken locally and nationally on back pain, back pain prevention and worker’s compensation issues and has served on a number of health organization committees.

Roger worked for 16 years as the director of the Physical Therapy, Spine and Sports Center at Utah Valley Regional Medicine center before joining Utah Valley Pain Management in November 2007. During this time he developed a reputation for delivering high quality, evidenced-based treatment. He has worked with a variety of patients from Olympic and collegiate athletes to pediatric patients. He has a strong interest in helping people with painful problems lead fuller, more satisfying lives because of how chronic pain has impacted his own family. Roger is excited to be part of a team of physicians, psychologists, nurses, and physical therapists working together to help each individual patient improve the quality of his or her life and relationships.
